Salt Lake City’s Home for HIMS and Aviation Psychiatry

Dr. Kirk has a nationwide HIMS aviation psychiatry practice with professional pilots at every large airline and every pilot union. He also evaluates early career pilots and ATCs. He has consulted with the corporate medical department of every carrier. Dr. Kirk opened his aviation psychiatry practice in 2012 and has seen thousands of pilots over nearly 15 years. His SLC office opened in 2024.

Away from aviation, Dr. Kirk is an expert in suicide and unintentional death from substance abuse, mental illness, and behavioral disorders, a referral clinician for the NBA, and a treating clinician in the NFL Program for Substances of Abuse.
